In a case of gynaecomastia a medical condition where the male breasts gets enlarged, breast reduction is done by introducing medicines through a canula that dissolves the fat and then it is sucked out by a suction machine. The procedure makes it possible to remove the excess tissue and give the chest a firm, flat, male appearance. The procedure generally takes 1 to 3 hours to finish, though the exact amount of time required will depend upon the size of the breast in order to achieve the desired results.
